This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions, limitations, and procedures regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and shipping-related claims.

By placing an order through our website, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and tags must be included
  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, modification, wear, accidental damage, or improper handling

Cuisino reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet these requirements.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or discarded without reimbursement.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless required by applicable law:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
  • Products missing parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging
  • Items returned in unsellable condition
  • Orders delayed due to customs or carrier issues outside our control

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of verified store error.

Cuisino charges a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $6.90 USD per order.


3. Return Authorization Process

To request a return, customers must contact:

If approved, customers will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA).

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Proper packaging of returned items
  • Providing tracking information
  • Risk of loss or damage during return transit

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Cuisino is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered return packages.


4. Refunds

All refunds are subject to inspection and approval at Cuisino’s sole discretion.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is generally 5–10 business days
  • Financial institutions may require additional processing time

Original shipping charges, including the standard $6.90 shipping fee, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our verified error.

Refunds may be partially reduced or denied if:

  • Returned products are damaged
  • Items show signs of use
  • Packaging or included materials are missing
  • The return violates this policy

Cuisino reserves the right to refuse excessive, suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent refund requests.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for:

  • Verified defective items
  • Incorrect items shipped by our store
  • Products damaged during transit with valid proof

Replacement availability is not guaranteed.

If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Alternative replacement product

at our sole discretion.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if fulfillment or shipment processing has not yet started.

Once processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refusing delivery after shipment does not automatically qualify for a full refund.

Orders returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages may be subject to:

  • Return shipping deductions
  • Restocking fees where applicable
  • Non-refundable shipping charges

7. Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues

Delivery dates shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Cuisino is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Global logistics disruptions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Force majeure events
  • High seasonal demand

If tracking confirms a package as Delivered, responsibility may transfer to the customer.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for missing delivered packages before requesting store assistance.


8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to collect the package

we may:

  • Charge additional reshipping fees
  • Deduct shipping and handling costs from refunds
  • Deny refund requests in certain cases

The original shipping fee of $6.90 USD is non-refundable.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

Customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging
  • Shipping label images
  • Order number

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.


10. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations
  • Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and related import fees unless the issue was directly caused by our verified error.


11. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Cuisino support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unreasonable chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Permanent refusal of future service
  • Submission of evidence to payment providers

We reserve all rights to dispute invalid chargebacks using shipment records, tracking confirmation, customer communications, and fraud prevention data.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cuisino shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delivery delays
  • Carrier-related losses
  • Customs-related issues
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Customer misuse of products
  • Third-party service failures

All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
